Church of Saint Antonio of Padua

Is located in the eastearn part of the Yucatan state at 20 kilometers from Valladolid . A beautiful town full of customs and traditions. A tranquil town with friendly people. There , you can visit the beautiful cenotes or "dzonot" called in maya lenguage. At the center town you can visit Saint Antonio of Padua church. Which was built in the century 16th which is a baroque style.

Cenote X'poop

And before of coming to the town around kilometers you can visit and swim in the cenote "x'poop" which is beautiful for its vegetation also you can find colorful fishes in the cenote.

Cenote Bobtun

And if you want to be in contact with the nature you can go the cenote Bobtun which is surrounded of trees and something very important to the people that love the extreme sport you have to get down by a line to enter to the cenote to which you need lights.

The center the town was built above of a big hole. The people say that years ago existed a wizard or a "huay chivo" as is knowing in maya lenguage. Who lived inside of the big hole and the entrance is find on a of the corner of the park .

Then the wizard every night he us to kill to the people of the town then a day they decided get over with the nightmare that they were living then they a day during the meeting took the decision of the close the entrance of the hole that is conected with the big hole to that he wizard never could leave more and so he didn't kill to more people and they could live in peace.
